How To Backflush With EVO®
Follow Cafetto's recommended method for traditional and semi-automatic machines with a three-way valve.
Swap the coffee filter for a blind filter and add one level scoop of EVO®.
Run 10 seconds, stop 10 seconds, and repeat several times to dissolve and clean.
Remove and rinse the group handle, then backflush with the blind filter and plain water until clear.
Refit a regular filter, then brew and discard one espresso before serving.
Always follow the dosing and cycle instructions on the tub for your specific machine. For daily cleaning use one level scoop; if cleaning less often, use two.
